Alpha Chapter - Joyce Berg Memorial Scholarship

In the Fall 2005 edition of The Anchor, Joyce was named the "heart and soul" of the Ypsilanti-Ann Arbor Alumnae Chapter. Joyce served as Chapter Advisor for the Alpha Chapter for 15 years. She was also the recipient of several national awards including the Recognition to Sorority Award in 1998, the Carrie W. Staehle Award, and was named Alumnae Top Tau in 1998 and 2004.

The scholarship fund will support educational opportunities for Alpha Sigma Tau alumnae and collegians initiated at the Alpha Chapter at Eastern Michigan who are enrolled in an accredited institution of higher education in a degree-seeking program.
