A legacy of Alpha Sigma Tau, Paige was initiated in November 2017 and served as one of her chapter's Tau Honor Council Delegates. Her mother, Sommer Manion-Springfield is a Rho Chapter alumna and serves as Chapter Consultant on Rho's Chapter Advisory Board.

Gifts to the Alpha Sigma Tau Foundation support the charitable and educational initiatives of the Sorority and its members. The Rho Chapter and family of Paige Manion will be notified of all memorial gifts.
